I am writing regarding a person of your organization named Jamie.  I had an issue with another Borderware reseller with my largest account and was told about your company by Borderware directly.  As I am usually not comfortable trying a distributor I have never heard of before, I thought I would give your company a call to see what you could do.  I called in on Friday August 12^th at 4:53 p.m. and talked with a gentleman named Wes.  He was very helpful and told me he would have a person named Jamie call me first thing on Monday morning.  Hesitant as I was, I thought I would wait and see if I got a phone call returned.  Sure enough, Monday morning came around, and I did receive Jamie’s call and she had already talked with Borderware and was aware of my problem!!  She got me the answers I needed ASAP and saved me with my account.  I placed a small order yesterday and asked if there was any way it could be rushed through rather than the usual wait of about 7-10 days I had been experiencing and much to my amazement, I received the licenses TODAY, yes the very next day.  Thank you to Jamie and your organization for their work on this.  As a result I have forwarded her contact info to over 100 other reps at my company with my full recommendation.  Thank you for the excellent customer service and the dedication to the customer.
